Welcome, welcome. Take a seat, stay a while...

First question is, why did I start the blog. Well, I am getting engaged. While that will be a short trip, the rest of the journey will take a lifetime. I wanted to capture the moments, leading up to the moment, when both our lives will change. Taking advice from a trusted friends I decided this would be a great way to chronicle the steps you take to get to the big step.

In the coming weeks you will see posts about ring shopping (duh), ideas for the big moment, and posts about love. I will talk about the love that I have for the women I want to marry and the love she has for me. Stay tuned because for as quick as it will seem for now, it has only just begun.

Also, here is the inspiration for the name. Like many others I am sure, this song sums up a lot about how two people feel when in love.
